Deposit withheld till date

I rented a place through Pretor and since I moved out in January 2024, my deposit has been withheld for extremely unfair reasons. I have complained and asked for assistance but no help since then. They accused me of being liable for certain things and even so, they never bothered to even come back to me after i disputed the facts. Till date they ignoring me. I've been very loyal by paying deposits and other fees in advance/on time when moving in, including rent on time every month, and never had any issues at the place but when i moved out this happened to me. Worst experience ever in my time of renting, and this only because of them. Very disappointed and sad that they do this to people.
