Delay in fixing the water problem

I have been staying in one of the Properties managed by them in Centurion West and been reporting a water issue since 2020 and two years later and its still has not been dealt with.

I stay on the first-floor unit and there is a problem with the slap above me. Every time it rains the passage slap leaks down to my apartment and it now has water damage. It has gotten so bad that it leaks into the apartment and now my wall is damp and smells and they still have not fixed the problem.

When I initially reported the problem they said I must talk to insurance. Then Insurance said Pretor needs to handle it. Then Pretor said it was the developer's problem. They never want to handle the issue.
