Complaint letter about Wonderpark estate supervisor security Mr Sibiya

I’m writing this letter to tell you about the inconvenience I am facing at the apartment. Yesterday 06 January 2019 I was in my unit with my family and friends celebrating my graduations getting ready to go to the swimming pool we played music some of the members were at seated by the balcony. A group of securities were seated behind my unit under the tree. While playing music standing at the balcony the securities under the tree they told me to lower the volume is loud which it was not I switched the sound off immediately I went to my neighbours both up and down to ask if the sound was loud and disturbing they all said “no”.

While me, my friends and Aunt were walking to the pool we met with the securities with Mr Sibiya, I asked him why does he say the sound was loud cause it was not. He said we disrespecting him because of the uniform he is wearing of which it doesn’t make sense cause we all wear uniform at work. He went on and told us we are under his power he is in charge, he mentioned that for that we confronting him he will show us his power. We didn’t know what he meant and we continued to the pool, it was about 13:00.

At about 16:00 we went back to my unit where we found electricity off. I went to the securities and asked about cutting off of my power with no warning. Mr Sibiya said added false statements that I unsulted him/sweared at him and laughed and told me that he will switch it back on at his time which can also take 7days. I begged for them to put it on so I could make food for my Aunt and her kids they still refused.

I gave my neighbour 100rands so I could use his electricity and stove for making food and ironing my work suits. My meat and other things in the fridge are already getting rotten because the power is still off. We all used cold water this morning to bath to work.

My electricity was returned today 07/01/19 at 6:30pm. At 20:00 the same security guy Mr sibiya came to my flat threatening me telling me he will show me.

I don’t feel safe at all now in my own space.
