Buks Burger signs as commissioner of oaths

Buks Burger (used to be a collections agent), also known as Barend Jacobus Burger, stays with his brother and his dad at Jopie Fourie Street 363, Wolmer, Pretoria North. Even though I do not believe that collection agents may be a commissioner of oath, Buks Burger managed to get a stamp as a commissioner of oaths. Even though a commissioner of oaths may not affirm an affidavit if they have a personal interest, Buks Burger signed Pretor's court documents as a commissioner as oath. The stamp does not indicate the street number 363 - only the street name Jopie Fourie. The stamp should indicate the business address and not the residential address. the stamp should also indicate the street number. They further do not indicate if they sign the documents at Pretoria North or Centurion - They indicate only Pretoria, which in my opinion is also wrong.
