Building flaws

Greetings

Kindly note my garage is filled with water. Purpose of garage is to park my vehicle an items init need not become water damaged.

Please i have paid for the unit including garage also pay double monthly levy and insurance.

My attorney will be incontact with you. As this is a new M T apartment Louwlardia with many flaws initially roof was leaking.

Although issues were raised in AGM my items in garage remains water damaged. Its the same as a carport rather defeats the purpose of having a garage filled with water. Plesse refund me asap.
