Bad treatment received from Pretor

I am an owner at one of the complexes managed by Pretor. Due to financial reason I was unable to pay my levies account. However from July 2015 I started paying my account as the result at the beginning of October, the outstanding amount was R3 500 which I was going to settle on the 15th. To my surprise I got a letter of demand from the attorneys demanding R8 600.00 for legal fees, so I am now in arrears of more than R12 000 and have a judgement against my name. I made arrangements but whenever I think about this I believe I was treated unfairly, and this is not how you treat your clients.
