BAD SERVICE - STAY AWAY

I have app**** for a lease with Pretor Estate and paid an amount of R8220. Upon occupation I was not satisfied with the fact that the flat does not have parking (which was not explained to me) and could not occupy the place. went to their Centurion office on monday and was not assisted. awaited michelle's call on tuesday and did not receive it. went there again on wednesday and was promised by wilma that the money will be in my account on thursday. the day came and finished - no money was paid. called michelle later on and she said i must speak to sue whom i called on friday morning only to be told (by herself - sue) that she does not work with refunds. sent michelle an email - no feedback. called her after 5 - 6 hours and she told me to wait to wilma she's still in a meeting. pretor is ripping people off, should there have been a transparency regarding the parking issue i wouldn't have been ****** the R8220
