Bad Service! No Maintenance! Full of Excuses!

Worst experience ever with this agency, three months of having moved in they have not done maintenance at all. All they tell me is that the owner will come, in these months the stove doesn't not even work, I have to buy gas in order cook. They don't care about you once you have moved in, all they care about is rent being paid. Full of excuses!!! This is at Havanna Complex - there's even mold in the house but because they haven't done any single maintenance , what will they even do about the whole mold? They just don't care about their clients at all!!! It's absolutely disgusting service that they provide.
