Bad service from Pretor Group Estate Agents

Pretor Group will go out of their way to frustrate you. My brother and i have been renting an apartment from Pretor Group since December 2016. We have been tortured by dubious interest charges, constant inspections (the inspector coming as early as 530am) and false promises that the place will be renovated. They only care about money, nothing else. Their agent asked for a bribe when we wanted to move into the property in 2016. She was making up stories that its difficult for my brother with his monthly income of R18k+ to be accepted to rent the property.

We get so much interest charges and some 'debt collection' fees that its difficult to keep our rental account up to date as Pretor Group is always looking for excuse to collect money from us or rather to make up a case not to refund our deposit upon vacating the premises. We cannot do this anymore and we have made a decision to seek accommodation elsewhere as we really cant put up with the harrassment. We are even worried that we will not get our deposit back.
