Bad Service Delivery

I want to raise an issue about Pretor who is body corporate for most developments in Gauteng area... For the past 3 weeks they failed on removing the dustbin and cleaning up the garden. When one send them emails with regards to your complaints or problems you are experiencing there is no acknowledgement of your email and their response are very late. One has to call them numerous times to enquire about the status of the queries in questions and they dont have any answers... the only response is that they need to investigate and respond afterwards. Homeowners pay their levies on time and thus is the service we receive back from Pretor... totally disgusted!!!!
