Bad service and ********** account

Guys these people Give bad service a new meaning ***** faulty billing everyday and they are getting a way with it. I have a stand in an estate they are managing and 4 free I will tel you they are crocks bouble billing not giving proper service when we need I valuations done on our plans. I was thinking it's because I am a black person in a white estate. Maybe I wrong to think that. Loosers I think
