BAD SERVICE

its unacceptable that its been a month and i reported the plumbing noise and too date nothing has been done, my unit sounds like a water fall and the irritating noise like a siren that keeps going off, we are being inconvenienced night and day and yet nothing is being done, your poor infrastructure cannot be my problem and yet this is being made my problem. i am going to take this up further, i had enough of this bad service.
