bad service

<p>Pretor group is an administrator who is managing the estates/Complex (homes).on the 30th december2016 the main gate at our complex "Villa Benisie" in Akasia broke. we reported the matter to the agent assigned to our complex "Mariette" who is on leave and refered us to Loveness.</p> <p>we were given the email address for loveness so we can report but till today loveness hasn't responded to our complain, we called Pretor office and we were informed the Loveness didn't report for duty and they didn't assign anyone to us. our safety in the complex is at risk and all the company cares about is collecting our levies.</p>
