Bad, non-existing service from Pretor Group

Pretor Group is the managing body for our complex in Annlin. ON the 25th of February I reported a broken inside wall at my Unit of which I'm the owner. On the 25th I threaten to withhold my levy and then only was the problem escalated. We are now on the 9th of April 2019 approx 45 day later and still nothing has happened.

Yes, pay pay your levy or we charge interest but heaven forbid if we have to fix something. What deduction can I chaarge to my levies?

Not a happy man at the moment.
