bad management

I would like to say that Pretor rental agents are the worst agents I have delt with. Having them managing your property is a waste of money. they never fail to collect their managing fee from the rent , yet they don't do anything for it. When you call them they would not be available and only gets back to you after you complain. I had them manage my unit at Etude and today the tenant left without any inspection, with the last month rent not paid . to even find my property messed up. I can never refer anyone to them.
