Bad management

I’ve never had such a worst experience, I am a new owner at the heron hill estate and I am regretting buying a house because of the management,the service 0/10 been 3month and I haven’t done the biometrics. The lady who works there Sherizaan , I sent mails and mails still she doesn’t reply and when they do they keep on saying they will reply still nothing.
