Bad Complex Management

I bought in a particular complex and from the first week until today (6 months later) I continue to be terrorized by the people upstairs. I've laid so many complaints and they told me there is nothing they can do for me. The last email I got was that I must go to the police or contact the Ombudsman. I now fear for mine and my daughter's life because of the amount of abuse and treatment we receive from these people!
