Bad attitude and poor customer care

I purchased a property from one of M&Ts developments in Centurion that is managed by Pretor Group and have been experiencing countless problems since I have taken occupation. Us owners have complained several times to the manager Illonka and her PA Rentia regarding occupants, mainly tenants, that are causing disturbances, misconduct and gross negligence in terms of abiding by the rules of the complex. They are not being enforced as it should by the body corporate resulting in the endless problems faced. The biggest area of concern is security. During load shedding, the guardhouse is in complete darkness and there is no backup security measures being enforced by security. I sent several emails together with other owners to Rentia and Illonka, providing evidence and even following up with calls and you get the same feedback all the time, they will attend to the matter and then nothing changes. I had a conversation with Rentia over the phone to raise some of these concerns again and request for these matters to be dealt with accordingly and treated as a matter of urgency as I do not have peace of mind living here. She became defensive and rude and said that I am repeating myself several times and there's nothing she can do, she then proceeded to tell me that I must do my research and I do not know how a sectional title works and im making assumptions based on my lack of knowledge, basically trying to imply that I am uneducated and lack knowledge of how to own a property. She then started accusing me of screaming at her and threatened to drop the call on me because she counted the amount of times I mentioned the fact that I do not feel safe or have peace of mind. I am extremely disappointed in her attitude and approach to this situation and I am not the only owner that has had this discussion with her and received the same negligent attitude. The levies that we pay for is clearly not being carried out accordingly. The development is now almost 2 years old and we do not have a caretaker on site nor have we had an AGM. They even refuse to disclose who the board of trustees are. I have read other reviews of this company and it seems that it is a standard approach to how they treat people. Pretor Group is beyond repairable at this point and so are the people that work for them!
