Arrogant, intimidating and victimizing agent

I was reading through other's posts here. I cannot agree more that this company is greedy. If one tells them you are annoyed and not satisfied with their services. They run to their lawyer and expect people just to cough up the legal fees. They cannot resolve client complaints internally. Why should everything just be sent to their lawyer? The levies they charge are ridiculous as well. I cannot agree more with other complainants.
