Appalling customer service

I rated Pretor a 1 because there is no rating below that. They dont care about their customers are totally inefficient and the service is appalling. They never provide feedback and only communicate by saying " we will provide feedback" which never materialise. One ask questions on top of questions with no answer, clarity or way forward. I really wish I never had to deal with this level of ignorance and incompetence. it has been 20 days waiting on a service and my hands are tired because they are the "only" way. Bayanda and Doret, I am failing to explain the kind of service I am getting from you and the level of disrespect I am feeling through your inaction.
