Pretor Group is a ****** and *********** managing agent. They’re nonchalant about important issues - My sliding door is broken and they expect me as a woman to sleep for three days with a broken and open sliding door glass in South Africa and they are not concerned about what might happen. The lady I have been dealing with Nicolene/Nicolette was rather condescending and just did not care about my safety or the safety of my property. Instead she went on like she was doing me a favour. Like she is not being paid to do her job. I hope they will be replaced as we have so many issues with them in our complex!
