Pretnet creche in rooihuiskraal watch your money!

Pretnet is a creche in rooihuiskraal of which i thought was best suited for my 2 year old daughter. I paid R800 for stationary and items for my daughter and paid for two months she was there as well as two months upfront. Unexpectedly after a month my fiance got a job in port elizabeth and we were to move. I let jackie the owner know we were moving and selling the house. Within the next month the house was sold and we moved. When i requested my two months that had been paid upfront be returned she refused claiming i had to give 2 months notice. Seeing as my daughter was only there two months it would have been impossible to have given two months. Even so 1 month was given. This is a special circumstance as we didnt move creches or support competition but had to move to a diffrent province. The owner has since ignored all but 1 call and numerous messages. The two months i paid upfront as a sign of good faith amounted to almost R5000. I have yet to recieve my money or any of the supplies i paid for from the R800. It has been over 2 months now. You decide on a safe place for your children looking at surroundings and the caretakers. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they lack humanity, understanding, trust or ethics. You and your child will only be important for as long as they can get financial gain from you, even if this means taking money that is not theirs. This is why good people do not go out their way to pay upfront or trust individuals such as this because they use and take advantage.
