Preston’s ****** customer service

I bought a pack of cigarettes at Preston’s in despatch. They fell off my pocket inside the Preston’s store. Within a minute I came back to enquirer about the packet. I was told by lady white manager she will have a look at the camera as to what happened . She came back and told me some guys that were paying at the till I was also paying at kicked the packet and later picked it. She could not tell me which of the guys was. And when the guys were asked they denied it. I believe that I deserved to get another packed as to what happened to the packet I lost inside the shop was not for me to worry about. As these guys looked shady. There was no security to assist and I was left to make the decision myself. If I was white I’m sure I would’ve gotten another packet. But because I am black. I had to leave the shop without the packet of cigarettes I had bought. This is not fair and unacceptable. Please assist in this regard
