I am absolutely disgusted by the way the manager of the store had no respect for the courier collecting from him today

I am absolutely disgusted by the way the manager of the store had no respect for the courier collecting from him today. He had absolutely no consideration for the man's time or any respect for the guy himself. If he can treat another working man like that, how does he treat his own staff
