Delayed delivery

I find it ridiculous on how the delivery guys can take 8 hours to deliver stock i had paid for.the distant from the store to where i want it to be delivered is hardly 2km but the service i got was unbelivebly horrifying and disturbing to me and caused a huge loss to my business.i find this sad to say their attitude towards me in the duration of the delay was terrible and especialy from management side. They failed to appologise and after a million times of me calling them nobody gave me a call back regarding the delayed delivery or backlock or whatever. I hate to say they service sucks big time and they dont take our complaints seriously because the other manager i spoke to had a thick nerve of telling me i wasnt the only customer.they lack value and respect for their clients.
