Very disappointing

I ordered a notebook for my daughter fir school and it is faulty as the keyboard doesnt work, the company will not work alongside takealot to help to exchange the notebook, they do not respond telephonically or answer messages. Do not use this company, very disappointed that my daughter is now weeks behind on her school work because of incompetence.
