Prestige Rental Indentity Theft

I have come across a complaint about my name being used to get customers to rent out cars. My name is Gary Lisai I am contact able on ***. I have never traded in such a business and would like to set the record straight. Also I am not British, the Passport no been used is an old passport number from 12 years ago. I have been trying to call this company to no avail to stop their Identity theft. I will also be opening a case with the Police about this.
