Lerato Mabuse, Managing Director of Prestige Travel Solutions , assured me that her help in getting the South African paperwork necessary for my new job in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, was in her words, “very much doable”.

Initially she suggested reviewing the workload and then getting back to me with a quote. As it was a matter of extreme urgency with a limited time frame I rep**** that I didn’t have time for a quote and would pay whatever she asked.

We communicated primarily on WhatsApp, and after a few weeks she assured me she was wrapping things up and even asked for an address to courier the documents to me.

However, nothing was forthcoming, not even replies to my ever increasing frantic requests for updates. When she did reply, she was either driving, didn’t have access to her laptop or promised to update me later. There were times when she told me she was dealing with other clients in crisis situations.

Eventually, I heard via the friend who had recommended her that she had done nothing. She had been lying to me for 6 weeks.

As I could not produce the paperwork for my job I had to leave the country, at my expense, in order to apply for another 30 day visa. If my paperwork is not submitted within the next 14 days I stand to lose my job.

I have employed someone else to assist with my paperwork as I cannot do it from Ethiopia. It involves dealing with 3 South African government departments and is a timeous process. Letato Mabuse, Managing Director of Prestige Travel Solutions had my documents for more than 6 weeks and did nothing but lie.

She has named a Facebook page Prestige Travel Solutions and has the reserved the name domain Prestige Travel Solutions as well as Visr.co. za but all pages are without content.

I would strongly recommend that you do not engage her services.
