The service we received from Prestige Properties was extremely effective! I was very hesitant in entering the market during these uncertain and unpredictable times. The team from Prestige discussed and informed me regarding my options regarding selling the property, This enabled us to make an informed decision and plan accordingly. I was particularly impressed with Prestige for acknowledging our needs and understanding that they may only bring potential buyers during certain days and hours. Our 1st meeting took place on the Monday, and on the Thursday evening we were presented with an offer to purchase within the price range as discussed. This was in October 2021 and by Friday 10 Dec 2021 the whole process was finalised as reflected in my bank account!
