Rude service and we don’t care

Noticed that my son’s surname was not spelled correctly after receiving it. Reported it to them. Theresa responded telling me it’s my fault and the schools fault for not correcting it??? They won’t fix it until the school contacts them directly and pays for it. A classic we don’t care attitude. Rude beyond belief and I would not recommend them at all.
