Poor customer service ! I want a refund!

Quite disappointed in such a big company having absolutely no care in their client service. My query has been open since last year and I have not even received communication advising whether they are investigating or not. They have completely disregarded me and my claim.

At this point, I do not know if I will ever get my refund.
