Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service to say the least! Unfortunately I was forced to deal with this company as they took the photos at my daughters school and you have to deal directly with them. They neglected to get my daughters name correct and saved her photos under another name. When I enquired why all the other parents received their ""passcode" to order their photos online, I was told there are no photos for my child. Only to discover it was an issue with their administration who saved my daughters name incorrectly. Instead of resolving the enquiry which was their fault, I was told that I need to re-order and need to pay a courier fee of R120.00 or collect myself in Pretoria. I am East Rand based so I refused to pay a courier fee or collect that far for a error made on their side. Even after disputing this, I was just told unfortunately the orders are closed and nothing can be done, when they were the ones that made the error. Utterly pathetic especially since they deal with schools and kids. Up your customer service or at the very least, get your admin under control.
