False advertising to get orders

Very disappointed in the service received from this company. Attended my graduation last week where there were photograph packages available at R350.00. I did not really want physical pictures as everyone is doing this digitally these days. I asked the gentleman working there if I have to pay for a package, can't I just get the pictures digitally. He promised me that I would be able to retrieve my digital photo from their site 7 days after the graduation. Low and behold, I have no access to the image, I have to pay an additional R150 for this picture and I am stuck with images I didn't want in the first place. When contacting the company the lady who answered the call had zero interest in helping me and just advised that I would need to pay for the digital photo.
