Extremely bad service

This group does photo packages through the schools with the envelope system. We paid, submitted the envelope, did not receive the photo's. Called to log the complain, was just told next years problem. Thank you Prestige and staff for extremely bad service and for the 1st time that no grandparent will receive school photos from there grandkids.
