Bad services!!

So i purchased an order after prestige took photos of our kids from the school. My order was short, and now i am told to discuss it with the school, and the school is saying they can't help since i purchased the order via their link. And which makes absolute sense to me since they decided to change their order process to sending our kids home with qr codes to purchase the orders. So i am stuck here with no solution since the matter cannot be solved by the school, and they're also not planning to assist if doesnt go through the school.
