Not Prestige performance, really only Lacking Performance

Worst experience of my life, total incompetence, unclean and bad workmanship! No remorse for taking 152 days to finish a job other places would’ve taken a week or two to do! Repeatedly ignored for weeks on end with my boss breathing down my neck about my vehicle, with no sympathy or concern to work any faster!

Had an upside down installed thermostat blocked by gasket maker, fans not working normally and a car not able to get into or out of gear only three days after the repair. I asked him about it and got snarky responses in return! His mechanics also broke a plastic shield piece on the engine bay and lost another heat shield, claiming they threw it out because it was damaged! No apologies, no compensation…

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! Go just across the road to JBay Auto, much more helpful, understanding and better work done!
