DISGUSTED PRESTIGE PAVING

Placed an order to hire a skip; paid for it a week beforehand; confirmed delivery the day beforehand. It never got delivered and they never answered their phone on the day the skip was to be delivered. When we finally got hold of someone they would inform MD but was never called back. As this happened on the weekend we had to wait till first working day on Monday. After speaking Johanna her excuse "not our problem we subcontract" this was not what we were told in the beginning. Spoke to her Partner who had the "couldn't care less" attitude. We had to wait for four days for our refund with no further apology. We had hired four people on the day the skip was to be delivered. We still had to pay them and get another skip a week later. I would not recommend this company for any workmanship or delivery. Very disappointed
