I purchased a part from these people and it was the wrong part when I took it back to be refunded they told me they cant refund aomething that has been refunded before, I never refunded this item before and have the cash slip,now R350 is alot of money they were so rude it was not funny,now I would like my money back as I never used the part and he slip does not say anything about no refunds or ot must be returned at a certain date please assist me I need my cash back from them.
