Poor Service

I had a problem with my quad bike, which was not starting. Having gone through various companies' profiles on the internet, I decided to give Tidal Motorcycles a call. I spoke to Brett about the problem and he said to bring the quad in. I took the quad to them and left it overnight at Tidal for the necessary repairs. The following day I was informed that the bike was ready for collection, as all the necessary work was done and it was working well. An amount of R520,00 was charged for the work done. When I went to fetch the quad, it still had a problem starting, and the idle on the quad did not sound right. I brought it to Keith's attention and was told this will come right in due course. However, this was not so. I still had problems getting it started and it kept switching off. This continued for several days. I then spoke around and was advised to send it to another dealer, which I did. I was informed by the dealer that Tidal Motorcycle did a haphazard job on the quad and the entire process had to be re-done. I now have the quad back in perfect working condition. I wasted my time and money by sending my quad to Tidal, and will never make this mistake again.
