Taking my money

There has been a debit on my account Since the 30th of April, I've tried to stop this twice already but the person on the other side of the phone at \Prestige group of recruitment and training \" says he'll stop the debit order and refund my money. This hasn't happened. First I spoke to a lady named Nina and then to a guy named Theolin . To date the have taken R1078.91 from me. Today I tried to call them again but the phone went to their mailbox which is full. Their website is also \"under maintenance \" I don't know if they will be debuting my account again in February? I hope not. Could this company be investigated? "
