Paid for a Course and never received results or a Certificate

I paid for a training course and did send them my Portfolio of evidence which they confirmed they received in January 2023 already. Until today 20 September 2023 I still did not receive results or a certificate. I did receive a lot of excuses though. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
