Prestige Floweers UK - useless service

Hi, I ordered flowers with Prestige Flowers early to be delivered to my cousin for her 60th birthday. They arrived two days late for her birthday and had sat around various depots for those two days. don't believe them when they say they will deliver on time , you also cannot contact them at weekends, completely useless service and I bought an extra special big bunch to surprise my cousin. they only refunded me the 5 pounds delivery when the product delivered was already wilting.
