Swift Fitment

I contacted Prestige Doors to install a double garage door. I requested a fitment only option as I was purchasing the door from another person. Prestige Doors collected and fitted the same door at my place. Before fitment of the door at my place, he advised me that my concrete decking was extending into the place the door was meant to be installed. I got the concrete chipped away the day before he installed the door which avoided a delay the next day.

On the day of fitment I was also tiling the garage and, Rajen and the tiler came to an arrangement so that both parties could continue with work without getting in each other’s way. While at the job, I asked for an additional quote for a single garage door to be reinstalled as I felt the door did not roll up easily. Rajen inspected, quoted and advised what he would do to assist me. I decided not to continue with the single garage door installation until after first inspecting the double garage door.

When the fitment was done, I was contacted by Rajen that the double garage door was fitted and I processed the payment for the installation and delivery of the door.

Its been a week now and the door rolls up fine and have no complaints but just thanks for the job done so swiftly.

I was asked by Rajen to comment on this platform and I give him 5 stars. I rate him accordingly because door work the way it was designed and I was paying for additional security as the garage was open due to there being no door in place. I had tiles and other materials in the garage which was exposed to the road. After advising Rajen of the urgency, he swiftly installed the door thereby reducing the costs of a security guard.
