STAY AWAY !!!! RAJEN AND PRESTIGE DOORS

I had purchased a double garage door from Rajen the owner of Prestige Doors in September 2017. Rajen insisted on full payment before we could properly test or inspect the door. He promised that is there is any problems he will return. Upon inspecting his work and the door we have found that there were numerous defects with the door. We called Rajen numerous times and he had always promised to come and attend to the door. It is 8 months later and Rajen has still not attended to the defects on the door. The door had to be manufactured as it is a fiberglass door and it has been manufactured poorly with many defects. The door also struggles to open and close and is splitting at the bottom. Upon getting quotes for the garage door, Rajen was the most expensive. We thought that we would be getting better quality for paying more but we were mistaken. Within the past 8 months the door has started to lean to one side and squeaks terribly when opening and closing. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE DOORS AND RAJEN!!!!!
