Shocking service / insults / product not operational

Rajen from Prestige Doors in Phoenix chased me for a deposit everyday for 5 days after which I never heard back from him until I bugged him for an Installation date. Rajen was generally rude on messages and he insulted my religious beliefs. Rajen and his staff have attempted on 4 occasions to instal 3 Tilley garage doors at my property without any success. Rajen and his staff have never once been on time for appointments. Rajen’s staff have confirmed (video evidence available) that the doors he has provided are of poor quality. I have asked Rajen for my money back and for him to remove his product.
