I purchased an ET gate motor and Garage door motor from Rajen the owner for Prestige Doors. There were problems with the performance of gate and door. I called Rajen and he blamed the door and the way the gate was installed. I called ET to assist. They came to site and told me that the gate motor was not installed correctly. There were two issues with the emergency cord and electricity cord of the door motor that they asked Rajen to correct. This guy not not pitch up despite numrous whatsapps promises. ET will not fix on his behalf as he is not an approved ET installer. Buyer beware!!
