Avoid Prestige Doors! You will get **********! The Facts: - I have four shutter doors at my business premises.

- Prestige Doors was called to my business premises on Thursday 19 April 2018 to fix one of my shutter doors that was not closing, in addition to servicing all four of my shutter doors.

- The owner Rajen Marimuthu stated that for the one shutter door that was not closing, I had to replace the capacitor and needed to change two transistors on the motherboard. He GUARANTEED that once these two things had been changed (capacitor and two transistors) the shutter door would definitely work.

- On Thursday 19 April, the same day they were called to my premises, I paid him R2750.00 (to service the four shutter doors and change the capacitor). Prestige Doors had to take the entire motherboard to an external supplier to fix the two transistors.

- On Monday 23 April (after promising to bring it back on Friday 20 April) he brought the motherboard back from the supplier noting that the supplier had to change the entire motherboard and not only the two transistors Rajen Marimuthu previously mentioned. The motherboard was reinstalled by Prestige Doors and the shutter door WAS NOT WORKING. PRESTIGE DOORS SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AND REASSESS THE DOOR TO FIND OUT WHY IT WAS STILL NOT WORKING

- After numerous calls to Rajen Marimuthu ***ner of Prestige Doors), he kept promising that he would "make a plan"

- After three weeks of calls from myself to Rajen Marimuthu ***ner of Prestige Doors) and FALSE promises, Rajen Marimuthu STOPPED answering my phone calls.

- I now sit with a shutter door THAT DOES NOT WORK AFTER paying Rajen Marimuthu to service and fix it

- Rajen Marimuthu ran away from the job and is not to be trusted
