Bad Communication Methods

i submitted a late application for my child late last year (2018) December and was told that they will get back to me telephonically whether my application is declined or accepted. After a some time of not response i decided to call them, and i got through to one of the receptionists who advised that if i didnt get any response it means my application was declined. Later on that day my mother went to the school personally to find out about the application and after speaking to the principal my child was then accepted in the school. after taking my child in for the first three i was not satisfied with them not having an after school programme available. I then decided to withdraw my child from the school and was promised to get a refund by last week friday, its a week later and there has been no communication from them, i have been trying to call them the whole week and have not been able to get through. The communication methods at Prestige College Hammanskraal is very poor and frustrating, and to add on the grief of not getting money that is owed to me in due time
