Such rude behaviour - unacceptable

<p> </p> <p>I went to Prestige Car Wash yesterday.</p> <p>I left my car there just before 12:30. The guy there (Darryl/Darren) told me it would take max 1 hour, 15 mins, as there were only 3 cars in front of me.</p> <p>Anyway, I gave it a little extra time and went back at 2.</p> <p>My car hadn’t been washed.</p> <p>I complained about this, and he said this “Sorry, there was a dirty bakkie, what would you like me to do about this – I have 100 things to do around here, I don’t have time to keep track of which cars are going through”. He also initially argued that I only came at 1, and apologised after realising that I had in fact been there from 12:30.</p> <p>I have been going there for about 2.5 years and have never received this type of attitude from the other 2 guys (I think the one is Brendon).</p> <p>So so rude.</p>
