Paid in full but never received my order

Unfortunately, my experience with Prestige Cages has been extremely disappointing. I paid in full for a chicken coop, including delivery, on 13 August. Payment was acknowledged, but the coop was never delivered and no tracking information or clear delivery arrangements were provided.

Despite following up, I have been left without the product or a satisfactory resolution. The matter has now been reported to SAPS and is under active investigation.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and ensure they are completely satisfied with the company’s legitimacy and delivery process before making payment.
